The key function of the role is the end-to-end development and delivery of software solutions for customers. The DPM is accountable for ensuring that all the analysis, development and testing outputs meet the quality standards and business requirements throughout the Development Life Cycle.

The purpose of a Fullstack Software Developer is to develop, test and maintain software applications using both front-end and back-end programming languages while applying good coding standards.

The key function of the Intermediate QA Analyst role is to test software for bugs and defaults to enhance the user experience.

The Senior Database Administrator oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of database systems, providing strategic direction and expertise to ensure the optimal performance, security, and reliability of the database infrastructure. They are responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of databases while aligning database strategies with the company’s broader technology and business objectives.

The purpose the Data Architect is to a design and deliver a Data strategy for all data driven initiatives, including addressing complex issues by recommending solutions.

We have thus launched our redPanda Software Developer Internship Programme, in which we take on up to ten interns annually.
