We are looking for an established Operations General Manager, to join our highly skilled team, to help us continue our growth journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both retail and software development and have a proven track record in senior management positions. You will need strong communications, organizational and leadership skills. You will form part of the executive team and assist in driving our strategies, as well as working closely with senior and middle management to achieve our daily operational objectives.

Strategy
- Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
- Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
- Set and achieve annual and quarterly OKR’s
Manage daily operations
- Manage the senior management team
- Set, implement, and improve procedures and processes
- Design and implement operational processes
- Oversee team delivery
- Ensure team productivity and quality goals are met
- Set operational and team structures
- Maximize efficiency, productivity and quality through processes and interdepartmental collaboration
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
People Management
- Recruitment (Top Grading)

- Staff Wellbeing

- Resource forecasting and planning
Financial Management
- Set operational budgets
- Manage costs and overheads within budgets

- Uphold the organisations policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
Customer Delivery
- Manage and maintain client satisfaction
- Respond to and manage client escalations
- Ensure proper client feedback, reporting and visibility exist
- Establish, implement, and maintain client SLA’s
- Establish, implement, and maintain client ways of work
- Support new business opportunities through existing and new team structures

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Year’s retail related experience
- 5-10 Years IT and software development experience
- 5-10 Years managerial experience
- Experience as an Operations General Manager or a similar senior role
